I first reached out to Steve to renew our mortgage and see if we could get a better interest rate than what our current bank was offering. We got that and much more. Steve explained our options and even got us a great line of credit to finish the renos we wanted. Then, we decided we actually wanted to get into a new house. Steve and his team helped us get approved (again) and I’m grateful for their hard work to get us exactly what we needed! I appreciate the thorough explanations and effort to get us where we needed to be.
