About Steve

Steve became a mortgage professional in 2012 and earned a seat within the top 20% of mortgage professionals across Canada in 2013 and Rookie of the Year. In 2014 he was awarded the “Rising Star” award and maintained his position in the 20% in 2014 and 2015. By 2016 Steve had worked hard to get to know his clients, the mortgage industry, he built relationships with lenders for which he is a VIP with many of them and he grew his knowledge base and achieved Summit 5. Summit 5 means that he is in the top 5% of mortgage professionals across Canada. Steve has been Summit 5 ever since! This guy doesn’t stop, he is in this business for his clients and looks forward to looking at every situation with a fresh set of eyes.  

What we hear about Steve all the time is that he is relatable and great at what he does. Steve doesn’t stop finding solutions to his clients needs until he finds a way to make it work for them. He understands what young people just starting out are going through as that is exactly where he started when he bought his first home at age 23 and has since purchased his first place with his wife Haley and different family homes as the family grew and changed. Steve understands that no financial situation is the same and has made it a mission to find his clients “pain points” in the mortgage process so that he can ease those areas for you.
