We purchase mortgages from every financial institution in a very large volume, and because of that, pay much less than what you would pay if you negotiated directly with the bank. When the mortgage successfully closes, whichever institution we select for your mortgage pays my fee. Using a professional mortgage broker is truly a win-win.
